Design Consolidated Artwork

Artwork created and designed by MXPRODUCTIONS, INC. remains the property of MXPRODUCTIONS, INC. We can supply a copy of the flattened artwork to the client on completion of payment. Future orders of the same printing product with same design will only incur a print management fee. Postal regulations are subject to change.

Okay to Print Acceptance

By accepting the artwork proofs, you are held fully responsible for accepting all the content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and quantity. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read or if changes are required. Your final accepted proof is what will be printed. There will be no reprints at our expense. We will contact you upon submission of your artwork to you.

Submitting Your Own Artwork

Customers who send in their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications. We will print whatever you submit, but take no responsibility for artwork mistakes. There will be no reprints at our expense.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any design that is submitted does not violate United States copyright laws. We will assume your artwork is legally yours.

If changes are required to your artwork we will contact you to avoid possible printing problems occurring. An artwork fee will be charged for any changes required. There will be no reprints at our expense.

We remind you that when your artwork is trimmed, the bleed cut can vary in position up to 1/8 inch; therefore, a 1/8-inch internal margin from the bleed line is required.

We exercise the right to refuse any artwork due to content that may be determined, by our discretion, inappropriate or immoral for distribution amongst the USPS (United States Postal Service). With this in mind, you will have a chance to change your artwork and content to fit a more appropriate standard.

Color Variations

With all printing there may be some color variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like. This is due to the nature of CMYK printing and bulk-run printing system. There will be no reprints at our expense. If you would like a color proof, fees vary upon artwork and size. All colors contained within an RGB digital file will be converted to CMYK color space. This can cause the RGB colors to visually change due to color differences. Also, your computer monitor's calibration can affect the colors displayed on your monitor's screen; therefore, the colors printed may be different than those that are on your monitor screen.

Turnaround

The current turnaround time for printing is 5-10 working days depending on the product. This is from the time of approval to the time when we receive your payment. Design time is extra.The longer delay in payment, the longer delay in delivery. All orders must be paid in full, before we can finalize the order and send it to production.

Payment

The fees for products and services, include the cost of processing, printing, shipping and/or mailing, depend upon the package selected. Other charges are applicable, with the submission of an order. We require a pre-payment on all orders with the exception of certain customers pre-approved for Credit Terms. Credit terms will be applicable on design and print portion only. Mailing services and postage fees must be prepaid whether by credit card or a bank check. Please note that no orders will be mailed until payment is authorized. Overdue payment may result in non-delivery of an order, and interest charges will be applied based and increase over each month of non-payment. If your payment is not received within 90 days, it will be submitted to collections. All returned checks will result in a fee of $35 and further checks must be money order or a bank authorized check.

For all reprints, we will charge a set-up art fee of $6.95. Postal Price is subject to change based upon the rates of the USPS.

Delivery

MXPRODUCTIONS, INC. cannot be held liable for printing products that are damaged, lost or delayed when delivered by post office or courier.

Cancellation and Refunds

A non-refundable design fee and time fee will be incurred to all orders. In result of a cancellation, a deduction of these fees will be made accordingly.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged in all areas that sales tax is applied. If you are exempt from sales tax, please fax us a form verifying your exemption to 727-735-0750. This form should be certified by the State of Florida.

All design, trademarks, photographs, samples and text belong to MX PRODUCTIONS, INC. and are protected by the United States and International Copyright laws. Unauthorized duplicating, copying, transmitting, posting or uploading anything without proper permission is prosecutable by law and is prohibited.
